We start with strategy—not templates. Every Partnership Website begins with a deep dive into your brand, your audience, and your business goals. Then we design and develop a custom Craft CMS website that actually serves your business.

Discovery & Strategy
We start with a comprehensive dive into your brand, audience, and business objectives. This includes a kickoff meeting to align on vision, analysis of your target audience and competitive landscape, content organization and site architecture planning, technical requirements assessment, and project timeline development.
Design
We create custom visual design for your key pages and templates, with mockups for both desktop and mobile views. You'll have up to three revision rounds to ensure the design meets your vision, and we'll document your design system to ensure consistency across your entire site.
Development
We build your custom Craft CMS website with clean, accessible code—including on-page SEO, WCAG AA accessibility compliance, mobile-responsive layouts, cross-browser compatibility, performance optimization, and all features outlined in your project scope.
Training & Documentation
You'll receive comprehensive online documentation tailored to your site's specific features, video tutorials covering day-to-day content management, and additional video support as questions arise—we'll record answers and add them to your documentation library.
Phase 2: Stabilization & Support
Launch day isn't the finish line—it's the beginning. Every Partnership Website includes 90 days of post-launch support at no additional cost.
What Phase 2 covers:
Technical Stabilization
We resolve any bugs or issues that arise from the original build. If something isn't working as specified, we fix it.
Training Support
Additional guidance as your team gets comfortable with managing the site. Questions are expected—and welcomed.
Minor Refinements
Small adjustments to ensure the site performs optimally and meets the specifications we agreed on.
Peace of Mind
Direct access to Block 81 during this critical settling-in period. You're not on your own.
What Phase 2 does not cover:
New features or functionality beyond the original scope, content updates or page additions, or design changes. If you need work outside stabilization and training, we can handle it at our standard hourly rate or discuss starting your Phase 3 support plan early.
Phase 3: Ongoing Partnership
Your website is a living asset that requires ongoing attention to remain secure, performant, and aligned with your business.
After the 90-day stabilization period, your site transitions to one of our ongoing support plans. This isn't optional—it's part of the Partnership Website model. Because a website without ongoing maintenance isn't a finished product. It's a liability.

If you're looking for a one-time project without ongoing partnership, we can discuss other options—but the Partnership Website itself is built around the idea that your site needs continuous care to stay healthy and performing.
What if my budget is smaller than $25K?
The $25,000 starting point reflects a comprehensive Partnership Website with full discovery, custom design, and Craft CMS development. However, if your needs are more straightforward—perhaps a smaller site or a redesign rather than a full build—we can absolutely apply the three-phase partnership model to projects in the $15-20K range.

What happens if I want to cancel support after Phase 2?
Ongoing support is part of the Partnership Website model, but support plans are month-to-month. If your needs change significantly, we can discuss options. However, we strongly recommend maintaining at least basic support (Growth Mode) to ensure your site stays secure and current.
Do unused support hours roll over?
Yes, unused hours roll over for one month. For example, if you use 1 hour in May on the Growth Mode plan (2 hours), that unused hour carries over to June, giving you 3 hours total. The rolled-over hour expires at the end of June.
What if I need more hours than my plan includes?
Additional work beyond your monthly hours is billed at a preferred rate based on your plan: $150/hour for Growth Mode, $140/hour for Priority Partnership, and $130/hour for Full Partnership. Or, you can upgrade to a higher support tier if your needs have consistently grown.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my support plan?
Yes. Plan changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

The Partnership Website is built on Craft CMS, our platform of choice for content-driven websites. We're an official Craft partner with over a decade of experience. If you have a specific platform requirement, let's discuss it during the discovery conversation.
How do I get started?
